Arriving in Vancouver with a suitcase and an event ticket?

A game or concert can fit neatly between arriving in the city and checking into your accommodation. A suitcase usually cannot. Bring your baggage to IRL Concierge at 673 Abbott Street, leave what you do not need and continue to Rogers Arena with your event essentials.

Our dedicated luggage-storage facility welcomes walk-ins every day from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Standard bags are CA$10 per day, including all fees and taxes. You can also schedule your drop-off if you prefer to plan ahead.

Your event-day baggage checklist

1. Check the bag you plan to carry inside. Read the official Rogers Arena bag policy and your event instructions. The arena’s published standard limit is 14 × 14 × 6 inches; event requirements can change.
2. Separate your essentials. Keep your ticket, phone, wallet and the items you need during the event. Use our repacking space to organize what stays with you.
3. Find the right door. Use directions to IRL Concierge, not just the street address. Ring the doorbell upon arrival.
4. Leave time for the venue. Our drop-off typically takes less than two minutes, but you still need time to reach the entrance on your ticket and complete security screening.
5. Agree on collection. Return by 11 p.m., or arrange overnight storage and next-day collection before heading out.

Choose a plan that fits your travel day

Before accommodation check-in

Store your suitcase, freshen up in the customer bathroom and ask us where to eat. You can explore the neighbourhood before going to the event. Confirm that your accommodation will be ready when you plan to collect your baggage.

After checkout or before a flight

Leave your travel bags with IRL while you enjoy your plans. Work backward from your departure time and allow for the journey to your next stop. Our team can give directions or help order a taxi; taxi fares are separate.

When the finish time is uncertain

A match can run into overtime and a concert can finish later than expected. Collection after 11 p.m. is not available. If your schedule is close to that deadline, arrange overnight baggage storage instead of relying on a rushed pickup.

A local team for more than the handover

IRL has security cameras, an insured facility, a customer bathroom and room to repack. Ask us for restaurant recommendations, directions or help with your next journey. Golf bags, ski/snowboard bags, strollers and similar oversized items are CA$15 per item/day; confirm your total with our team.
