A place for the bags you do not need on your next stop

Heading away for a few days and coming back through Vancouver? A second suitcase does not have to follow you on every part of your trip. We can store it while you travel, then welcome you back when you are ready to collect.

Overnight storage can also help between accommodation bookings or after an event that finishes beyond our 11 p.m. collection deadline. Tell us your itinerary so we can confirm the storage period and return arrangements.

Confirm the dates and total before you leave

Standard luggage is CA$10 per bag/day including taxes, with no added service fee. Oversized items, including golf bags, ski/snowboard bags and strollers, are CA$15 per item/day.

For a weekly or longer stay, send your drop-off date, collection date, number of bags and any oversized items. We will confirm the total and how the storage days apply to your booking. Ask our team for your complete quote.

Overnight storage does not mean 24-hour access

Walk-in drop-off is available every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Collection is available until 11 p.m.; text ten minutes before arriving after 5 p.m.

If you need something from your bag during a longer stay, contact us first to arrange access during available hours. Keep passports, medication, travel documents and anything needed for your next journey with you.

Dedicated premises and practical help

Your bags stay with a dedicated luggage-storage business with security cameras and insurance. Ask about coverage and conditions for your particular items before leaving them.

When you return, use our repacking space and customer bathroom before heading to the next stop. Our local team can help with directions or ordering a taxi; taxi fares are separate. US cash is accepted, with prices listed in Canadian dollars.
