An afternoon or evening flight can leave a useful gap after you get off the ship. Bring your bags to IRL during our 8 a.m.–5 p.m. drop-off hours, complete a quick form and explore hands-free.
Our team can suggest places to eat and things to do based on your available time. Tell us your flight and collection plans, allowing time for the trip to the airport and your airline’s check-in requirements. Taxi-ordering help is included; the fare is separate.
An independent downtown option outside the cruise terminal
IRL is located at 673 Abbott Street, not inside Canada Place. Plan the journey from the terminal to us before choosing storage, especially if you have several bags or limited mobility. Use our business directions link for the actual route.
Canada Place has terminal storage options too. Westcoast Sightseeing’s published baggage-storage FAQ asks for collection by 4:30 p.m. and says overnight storage is not available at the terminal. IRL’s collection until 11 p.m. and overnight arrangements can suit a longer day or stay. Check the terminal operator’s current terms (checked September 10, 2026).
Before your cruise or between journeys
If you arrive before your accommodation is ready, store your bags while you get to know Vancouver. For bags you want to leave during a side trip or a longer journey, contact us with your dates and sizes to confirm arrangements.
IRL does not advertise ship-side collection, airport delivery or luggage transfers. Bring your bags to our facility and return to collect them. Keep passports, medication, cruise documents and other essentials with you.
One clear standard-bag price, with help included
Standard luggage is CA$10 per bag/day including taxes, with no added service fee. Oversized items are CA$15 per item/day. Bathroom access, repacking space, local advice and directions are included.
US cash is welcome. Listed prices are Canadian dollars; ask the team for the amount payable in US dollars. For large groups or multiple days, contact us ahead with your bag count and schedule.

Where can I store luggage after a Vancouver cruise?
IRL Concierge offers independent downtown luggage storage at 673 Abbott Street. It is outside the Canada Place terminal, so plan your route from the ship before booking.
Can I collect bags before a late flight?
Yes, collection is available until 11 p.m. Text ten minutes before returning after 5 p.m. Allow enough time after collection to reach the airport and meet airline deadlines.
Can you collect my bags from the cruise terminal?
Bring your bags to IRL at 673 Abbott Street and return to collect them.
Can I leave bags overnight before or after my cruise?
Yes. Overnight and multi-day storage are available. Send your dates and bag count to confirm the total and collection arrangements.
Do you accept US dollars?
We accept US cash. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars; confirm the US-dollar amount with the team before paying.
Can a cruise group use your service?
Contact us with your group size, bag count and arrival time so we can confirm arrangements. Do not assume unlimited group capacity without checking.
