We charge $10 per bag/luggage per day.
We have a later flight, can we pick up our bags in the evening?
Yes! After 5 pm, we provide you with a number you can text us 10 minutes before coming back to pick up your bags and we will meet you there till 11 pm at night.
Can I store my bag/luggage for longer?
Yes, absolutely we can store you bags/luggage for days, weeks and up to a month.
Can I pay in US Dollars if I don't have Canadian Dollars?
Yes, we accept American Currency.
Do you have size limits?
No, we handle large suitcases, skis/snowboards, strollers, wheelchairs, bicycles and more.
Is my luggage safe?
Yes. Our office is secure, monitored with 6 security cameras, alarmed, insured, live person, and dedicated for only luggage storage (the only one in Downtown).
Can I have items shipped to your office?
Yes, the cost is $10 per item and a $10 coordination fee.
