Give them more than a storage address
Your guests can ask for restaurant recommendations, ideas for things to do and directions while waiting for check-in or a later flight. They have access to a customer bathroom and space to repack. We can help order a taxi when they are ready to leave; the fare is separate.
The dedicated facility has security cameras and insurance. The team welcomes guests at drop-off, usually getting them on their way in less than two minutes. Ask us about insurance coverage or item-specific conditions when needed.

Walk-in drop-off is 8 a.m.–5 p.m., seven days a week. Guests can collect until 11 p.m.; after 5 p.m. they should text ten minutes before arrival. Standard bags cost CA$10 per bag/day including taxes, with no added service fee. Oversized items cost CA$15 per item/day.

Why should I recommend IRL to my Airbnb or Vrbo guests?
IRL combines dedicated luggage storage with a local welcome, bathroom access, repacking space, recommendations and directions. The owner is a host who created the service because his own guests needed it.
How do I start recommending IRL?
Share the guest message below or link to irlconcierge.com/luggage in your arrival and checkout instructions. Guests can walk in during drop-off hours or schedule online.
How much will my guests pay?
Standard luggage is CA$10 per bag/day including taxes, with no added service fee. Oversized items are CA$15 per item/day. Guests should confirm the total for overnight or longer stays directly with IRL.
Can you help guests decide what to do while they wait?
Yes. We can offer local suggestions for things to do and places to eat, help with directions and order a taxi. Meals, admission tickets, tours and taxi fares are paid separately.
Will recommending IRL change my check-in or checkout arrangements?
No. Storage is separate from the accommodation booking. Keep your usual property times in your guest message and explain that guests can leave bags with IRL in the meantime.
Can guests arrive in the evening to leave bags?
Our walk-in drop-off hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. daily. Evening service is for collection until 11 p.m., with a text ten minutes ahead after 5 p.m.
Does storage include keys or access to my property?
No. Key handling, property access and wider concierge arrangements must be discussed separately. Do not promise those services as part of the standard luggage-storage price.
Is IRL an official Airbnb or Vrbo service?
IRL is an independent local business recommended by hosts. It is not presented as an official Airbnb or Vrbo partner.
