Plan your bags before you reach the gate
Rogers Arena’s standard policy limits bags to 14 × 14 × 6 inches (35 × 35 × 15 cm). Suitcases and many travel backpacks will not fit that limit. Check the official event information before you leave: individual events can have additional restrictions.

Visit IRL between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Ring the doorbell and our team will welcome you, complete a quick form and store your bags. Typical drop-off takes less than two minutes. If you are arriving in Vancouver before your accommodation is ready, you can leave your luggage and enjoy the neighbourhood before the doors open.
Our facility is on Abbott Street near Rogers Arena. Use our business directions link to find the right door, then check your ticket for your assigned arena entrance. Allow time for the walk, event crowds and security screening; we do not promise a fixed gate-to-door travel time.
Make a collection plan before the show
Pickup is available until 11 p.m. Text 604-360-6266 ten minutes before you return after 5 p.m.; our team is in the building and will meet you. A late finish, encore or overtime can put you beyond our collection deadline.
If your event may finish later, arrange overnight storage and next-day collection in advance. Do not assume midnight pickup or evening drop-off is available.
More useful than somewhere to leave a bag
Use the customer bathroom, reorganize your suitcase, and ask us for a place to eat before the game. Directions, local recommendations and help ordering a taxi are included in your storage service. Taxi fares are separate.
Standard bags cost CA$10 per bag/day including taxes, with no added service fee. Golf bags, ski/snowboard bags, strollers and similar oversized items cost CA$15 per item/day. For multiple days, confirm your total and pickup arrangements with us.

Can I bring a suitcase into Rogers Arena?
A standard suitcase will generally exceed the arena’s published bag-size limit. Check the official policy and your event’s rules. You can store your suitcase with IRL during our drop-off hours before going to the arena.
Can I drop off a bag just before an evening game?
Only if you arrive by 5 p.m. Our walk-in drop-off hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. daily. Evening pickup until 11 p.m. does not mean evening drop-off is available.
What happens if the concert finishes after 11 p.m.?
Arrange overnight storage and collection the next day before leaving your bags. IRL does not advertise pickup after 11 p.m.
Is IRL affiliated with Rogers Arena or the Canucks?

Can I store a backpack instead of a suitcase?
Yes, we accept standard backpacks as well as suitcases. Standard storage is CA$10 per bag/day including taxes. Contact us about unusual or oversized items.
