Check the venue before choosing what to carry

Rogers Arena and BC Place have different bag rules, and an individual concert can add restrictions. Check the venue and the information sent with your ticket before travelling. A bag accepted at one event may not be accepted at the next.

Coming from work or travelling into Vancouver?

If you have a work backpack or suitcase, plan your storage stop before joining the entry queue. Keep your ticket, phone, wallet, medication and anything permitted that you need during the show with you. Store the rest, then head to the entrance listed on your ticket.

IRL is at 673 Abbott Street. Use our directions link to find the office rather than navigating to the arena first. Allow time for bag drop-off, your walk, event crowds and venue screening. We do not promise a fixed walk time to every gate.

Will the show finish before 11 PM?

This is the most important collection question. IRL closes for pickup at 11 PM, even when a concert runs late. Allow time to leave your seat, exit the venue, reach the office and collect your bags before closing. An encore or a slow exit can change your plan.

If you cannot comfortably return by 11 PM, arrange overnight storage and next-day collection before leaving your bags. Do not rely on an estimated set time as a guarantee that the concert will finish early enough.

What does concert baggage storage cost?

Standard bags are CA$10 per bag/day, including taxes, with no added service fee. Oversized items such as golf bags, ski or snowboard bags and strollers are CA$15 per item/day. Confirm the total for overnight or longer stays with our team.

Walk-ins are welcome daily from 8 AM to 11 PM. Ring the doorbell upon arrival; our nearby team can usually meet you within a couple of minutes. You can also schedule your drop-off online. Contact us first about a large group or unusual items.

Make the time before the concert part of your visit

Once your bags are stored, ask our team for somewhere to eat or explore nearby. Customers can use the bathroom and repacking space before heading out. IRL’s dedicated storage service combines practical help with friendly local recommendations.
