Why IRL exists.
IRL Concierge was built by a short-term rental host who wanted his own guests to have a better Vancouver stay. Luggage storage began with a familiar problem: guests arriving early or checking out with hours left before their journey.
Airbnb management and co-hosting grew from another need. Busy hosts and hosts travelling away cannot always be there in person. IRL gives them a local team to help look after their guests, their keys and their property throughout the stay.

Co-hosting & Airbnb Management
Hand us the day-to-day and keep a local team your guests can reach. For licensed short-term rental hosts, we help with guest care, bookings, cleaner coordination and practical local support.
Key Pickup & Drop-off
Arrange authorised key and fob handovers in advance. Give your guests a clear collection plan with a local team, without leaving keys under a mat.
Receiving Packages
Arrange package, car seat, stroller and equipment receiving for your guests. CA$10 per delivered item, per day. Contact us before arranging a delivery.
Bike Rentals
Bike rentals are coming soon. Rentals and reservations are not available yet.
IRL Stays
Our direct booking platform is coming soon. Stays cannot be booked through IRL Stays yet.

CA$10 per standard bag for each 24-hour period, taxes included. Oversized items are CA$15 per item for each 24-hour period. Overnight and multi-day storage are available.
Walk-ins are welcome daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Drop-off typically takes less than two minutes. Just ring the doorbell.
Pick up a fridge magnet in our office, or copy our details into your booking message so your guests know exactly where to go.
LOCAL HELP IS PART OF THE WELCOME
Your guests’ free hours.
While their bags are with us, your guests get help making the most of their Vancouver day. Tell us how much time they have and what they enjoy, and we’ll point them towards nearby things to do and places to eat.
Local recommendations, directions, a customer bathroom, repacking space and help ordering a taxi are included. Taxi fares are separate.

How do I arrange a service?
Luggage guests can walk in daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. at 673 Abbott Street. For Airbnb management, key handovers or package receiving, use our enquiry form or call 855-605-6999 to arrange the details in advance.
How much does luggage storage cost?
Standard bags are CA$10 per bag for each 24-hour period, taxes included. Oversized items are CA$15 per item for each 24-hour period. Overnight and multi-day storage are available, with collection during opening hours.
Are bike rentals and IRL Stays available?
No. Bike rentals and IRL Stays are coming soon and are not bookable yet.
