Before you leave your accommodation
Check your event venue, start time and entry instructions. BC Place and the Vancouver Convention Centre are different destinations. Review the official BC Place visitor information and any event-specific bag rules.
At IRL Concierge
Walk in from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Ring the doorbell upon arrival, complete a quick form and leave your baggage with our team. There is room to repack, a customer bathroom and local advice if you have time to explore before the doors open.
After the event
Plan to reach IRL by 11 p.m. for collection. If the event may run later, arrange overnight storage before heading out. Keep your medication, identification, tickets and travel essentials with you.

Questions before your event?
Can I store baggage while attending an event at BC Place?
Yes. IRL Concierge stores baggage at 673 Abbott Street, independently of BC Place. Walk in between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily and ring the doorbell upon arrival.
Can I drop off after checking out of my accommodation?
Yes. Leave your bags with IRL before your event, then collect them by 11 p.m. Allow time for the journey back and your onward travel.
What should I keep with me for the event?
Keep your ticket, identification, medication, phone and any essentials you need. Check the official BC Place information for your event before deciding what to take inside.
What if the concert or match finishes after 11 p.m.?
Arrange overnight storage before attending. Same-day pickup ends at 11 p.m.; collect the next day during opening hours. Storage charges apply for each day.
What does baggage storage cost?
Standard bags cost CA$10 per bag/day, including all fees and taxes. Oversized items such as golf bags, ski or snowboard bags and strollers cost CA$15 per item/day.
Can conference and exhibition visitors use this location?
Yes, if your event is at BC Place. Check the venue on your ticket: BC Place and the Vancouver Convention Centre are different destinations. Plan your route and collect your bags by 11 p.m.
