IRL Concierge offers bag storage at 673 Abbott Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 0J4, near Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain, Rogers Arena and BC Place. Walk in daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and ring the doorbell upon arrival.
How much does bag storage cost?
Standard bags cost CA$10 per bag, per day, including taxes, with no added service fee. Oversized items cost CA$15 per item, per day. Contact the team if you are unsure how your item will be priced.
Can I leave a backpack or day bag?
Ask our local team about your backpack, day bag or shopping bags. Confirm how many items you are leaving and any unusual size or contents before drop-off. Standard-bag pricing is CA$10 per bag, per day.
Can I leave bags while I shop or explore Vancouver?
Yes. Drop off your bags at our Abbott Street office and return during opening hours. Allow enough travel time to collect your belongings before 11 p.m.
Do you offer hourly bag storage?
Our published rate is a daily rate: CA$10 per standard bag, per day, including taxes. A shorter visit does not change that published daily rate.
Can I store bags before a concert or sports event?
IRL is near Rogers Arena and BC Place. Check the venue’s current bag policy and arrange collection before our 11 p.m. closing time. IRL is an independent service, separate from the venues.
Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. at 673 Abbott Street. Ring the doorbell on arrival. You can also schedule a drop-off through our luggage appointment form.
Can I collect my bag late in the evening?
Bag drop-off and pickup are available daily until 11 p.m. Plan collection within those hours; do not assume after-hours pickup is available.
What if I have an oversized or unusual item?
Golf bags, ski and snowboard bags, strollers and similar oversized items cost CA$15 per item, per day. Text our team about unusual items to confirm acceptance, pricing and arrangements.
