At IRL Concierge (In Real Life), we are dedicated to providing your Short-term Rental Guests with the highest level of customer service. We strive to help your guests have a seamless check-in / check-out process and provide local recommendations for restaurants, things to do and where to go.
We provide key pick up and drop off services eliminating your guests having to figure out how to use the intercom and dealing with the elevator timing out when checking in. This will have less of negative impact of the owners who live in the building. This is give your customers a better check-in and out experience.
There are so many reasons!
(1.) Your guests will love the personal touch. Check-ins and Check-outs will be a breeze. Guests will receive a white-glove approach, receive all the local recommendations and make their visit to Vancouver a memorable one.
(2.) Owners that live in the building that do not like short-term rentals will love our service. No longer are there stuck guests at the intercoms, or in the elevators. The security guards and Concierges in the building(s) do not help short-term rental guests therefore leaving your guests frustrated which lead to poor reviews.
Our Concierge desk is conveniently located steps away from where your guests will be staying. They will be greeted from our friendly team. We are available from 9 am to 6 pm daily. After hours from 6 pm till 10 pm, we will meet them at the office.
Hosts will benefit as we will help your guests will have a better experience staying in your home.
Owners in the building that do not like short-term rentals won't be as frustrated as everything will be streamlined for your guests checking-in or checking out.
As a host, it only costs $159.00 per month - this will remove a lot of the headaches dealing with guests and their issues when you're not available or close to the building to help them.
IRL Concierge does not manage properties, we only help host guests with a smooth transition for check-in / check-out, give recommendations to restaurants, things to do, places to go or help with anything they need.
