About Us

At IRL Concierge (In Real Life), we are dedicated to providing your Short-term Rental Guests with the highest level of customer service. We strive to help your guests have a seamless check-in / check-out process and provide local recommendations for restaurants, things to do and where to go.

We take a collaborative approach to ensure we make our buildings a great place to own, live and invest. We want to make sure short-term rentals are here to stay and adding a 3rd party concierge service will alleviate a lot of pressure from unhappy owners.

Key Pick up / Drop off

We provide key pick up and drop off services eliminating your guests having to figure out how to use the intercom and dealing with the elevator timing out when checking in. This will have less of negative impact of the owners who live in the building. This is give your customers a better check-in and out experience.

Guest Services

Promote your guest services, such as concierge assistance, key exchange, and check-in / check-out procedures. Highlight how you provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests, including addressing their inquiries and needs during their stay.

Luggage Service

We offer luggage service so if your guests arrive early and need to store their luggage before check in or if they need to store their luggage after check out, we can hold them till the evening (or overnight). We charge $10 per bag to your guests. This will prevent your guests from waiting in the building lobbies and they can roam around, get breakfast, lunch or dinner without having to drag their luggage with them. Receive Packages / Deliveries

We can receive packages for your guests e.g. cribs, high chairs, courier packages, groceries etc. If your guest forgot something, we can hold it for them to pick up or courier it out.

Live person / Emergency contact

There is a live person to chat with your guests during the day if they need help, have any questions or need recommendations. We will be the emergency contact for the Guest and Host if needed.

We're here to give your guests the best recommendations for restaurants, things to do, events and more. We will have all the tourist brochures for your guests as well.

Airport or Cruise Ship Drop off service

Your guests can book transportation to the airport, to the cruise ship or train station, anytime during the day or night (for a fee). We can also order taxi's for your guests as well. While your guests wait, we will provide them with free coffee or tea.

Additional Parking Stall Rental

Does your guest need another parking stall for your guest? We can coordinate additional stall. The nightly rate is $20 per night.

Light Handyman Services

Have a small issue with your home, we can coordinate a handyman to fix (for a fee). For bigger projects, we can contact trades people, appliance repair companies, plumbers and more.

Why should I use IRL Concierge?

There are so many reasons!

(1.) Your guests will love the personal touch. Check-ins and Check-outs will be a breeze. Guests will receive a white-glove approach, receive all the local recommendations and make their visit to Vancouver a memorable one.

(2.) Owners that live in the building that do not like short-term rentals will love our service. No longer are there stuck guests at the intercoms, or in the elevators. The security guards and Concierges in the building(s) do not help short-term rental guests therefore leaving your guests frustrated which lead to poor reviews.

Our Concierge desk is conveniently located steps away from where your guests will be staying. They will be greeted from our friendly team. We are available from 9 am to 6 pm daily. After hours from 6 pm till 10 pm, we will meet them at the office.

Owners in the building that do not like short-term rentals won't be as frustrated as everything will be streamlined for your guests checking-in or checking out.

How much does it cost?

As a host, it only costs $159.00 per month - this will remove a lot of the headaches dealing with guests and their issues when you're not available or close to the building to help them.

Do you manage properties?

IRL Concierge does not manage properties, we only help host guests with a smooth transition for check-in / check-out, give recommendations to restaurants, things to do, places to go or help with anything they need.

What does IRL mean?

IRL means "In Real Life". We want to give guests a live person to speak with for checking in/out, leave luggage, ask for directions, where to eat, what to do...
